Tree House Suite
Melding with nature, the charming new Tree House Suites offer a unique sense of seemingly floating among the trees. These suites are the rebirth of the unique stilted Tree House Cottages first built by Laurance Rockefeller. Set just a few steps from the beach, each suite offers a retreat of almost 1,000-sq.-ft. of luxurious living space, finished with materials and colors that evoke the natural teak, the pristine sand, and the cool volcanic stone of the region. Bedrooms and living rooms feature direct access to an expanded wraparound terrace, offering panoramic beach views from an elevated perspective. New bathrooms feature dual vanities, separate tub and indoor shower, as well as a signature outdoor shower. Tree House Suites are truly unique at Little Dix Bay as the only stand-alone suites with both a sundeck and a shaded garden patio directly beneath each suite.
One-Bedroom Suite
Elegant, spacious accommodations, just steps from the beach, these 700-sq.-ft. suites feature a master bedroom, living room and bathroom with oversized tub and separate shower. Rosewood Junior Suite
The newest accommodations at Rosewood Little Dix Bay blend with the island landscape and afford fabulous ocean views throughout. The 670-sq.-ft. suites feature a spacious bathroom with twin vanities, separate shower and large soaking tub. The bedroom’s French windows open onto a spacious terrace with an outdoor shower and views of the bay.

Located beside the beach, these spacious hexagonal-shaped rooms feature over-sized bathrooms plus private outdoor garden showers. Tastefully decorated with natural wood furniture, stonework and a calming color palette, the 520-sq.-ft. cottages are grouped in pairs for optimal privacy. Guests enjoy ocean views from the expansive 280-sq.-ft. terrace.
Ocean Cottage
Close to Little Dix Bay’s beautiful crescent beach, the Ocean Cottage accommodations are hexagonal in shape and are grouped in pairs on the west end of the resort, or in groups of four on the east end of the resort. Ocean Cottages are available with the option to have connecting rooms for families, or a more secluded location for couples. Each cottage offers 450 sq. ft. of indoor space featuring local materials with furniture made from teak and bamboo, walls made from local stone, and natural color fabrics accented by island colors. Guests enjoy ocean views on the 160-sq.-ft. terrace or patio.
Ocean View Room
Overlooking the sapphire waters of the Caribbean, Ocean View Rooms are located on or near the beach. With 400 sq. ft. of indoor living space, each room also has an outdoor patio or terrace where guests may enjoy the idyllic setting of Virgin Gorda and the gentle trade winds. Rooms are grouped in units of four. Families traveling with children can connect rooms through the patio.
